CUSCO TOUR PACKAGE

4 Days / 3 Nights

Day 1 Lima / Cusco

You will be picked up from the Marriott Hotel and taken to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, you will be greeted and taken to your selected hotel. We recommend that you spend part of your day resting in order to adjust to the altitude. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a tour of the city highlights, which feature the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Santo Domingo Monastery (Koricancha Temple), the nearby archaelogical ruins of Tambomachay (Inca Baths), Kenko Amphitheater, Puca Pucara , and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman. After the tour, you will return to the hotel.

Day 2 Cusco / Sacred Valley

You will begin the day with breakfast and an early morning departure to visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas and the Pisac Indian Market (only open on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday). Lunch will be followed by a visit to Ollantaytambo, a religious, military, administrative, and agricultural complex constructed during the Tahuantinsuyo era. After the tour, you will return to the hotel.

Day 3 Cusco / Machu Pichu

You will begin the day with breakfast. Transportation will take you to the railroad station, where you will board a train for a three and one-half hours journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas en route to Machu Pichu. You will enjoy a guided tour of the citadel’s highlights, which includes the Sun Dial, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the circular Torreon. Lunch will be followed by an afternoon departure by train to Cusco and transportation to your hotel.

Day 4 Cusco / Lima

You will begin the day with breakfast. Transportation will take you to the airport for your return flight to Lima.

IQUITOS TOUR PACKAGE

4 Days / 3 Nights

Day 1 Lima / Iquitos

You will be picked up from the Marriott Hotel and taken to the airport for your flight to Iquitos. Upon arrival in Iquitos, you will be greeted and taken to your selected hotel. You will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the sights of the city.

Day 2 Iquitos

Transportation will take you to Port Bellavista, where you will board a boat to begin your Amazon excursion. You will travel to the Bora Indian village of San Andres, where you will enjoy a demonstration of their traditional dances and view their crafts. Your trip will continue to the Heliconia Amazon Lodge, located in Yanamono (80 km from Iquitos), where you can enjoy a drink or relax in your room. Lunch will be served at 1:30 PM. In the afternoon, a two hour guided hike will take you through different parts of the rainforest. You will have time in the late afternoon to relax in the lodge before a night boat ride on the Amazon, during which you can listen to the magical sounds of the jungle and enjoy the stars and constellations. Dinner will be served at 8:00 PM.

Day 3 Iquitos

Your morning will begin with an early excursion to see the beautiful birds and plants of the Amazon River. Breakfast will be served at the lodge upon your return at 8:00 AM. At 10:00 AM, you will depart for a jungle tour where you will experience the sights and sounds of the Amazon. Lunch will be followed by an afternoon fishing tour on the Amazon River. Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Day 4 Iquitos / Lima

You will begin the day with breakfast. Transportation will take you to the airport for your return flight to Lima.
