CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPTIONS AND LINKS

There are several options for registration for the conference.  We encourage all to register early.  Use of the web-based registration system will facilitate our management of the conference.   Please read this document and then go the web forms that best meet your needs.

1. Print and complete the conference registration form and mail it with your payment made out to International Academy of Management in U.S. funds to Brooks Holtom (address below)

2. Complete the registration form and submit via the Web.  Mail your payment made out to International Academy of Management in U.S. funds (check or money order) to Brooks Holtom.

3. Complete the registration form and submit it via the Web.  Print and complete the Credit Card Submission form.  FAX this information to Brooks Holtom at the number below. 

Please note: If you submit your registration electronically, we must receive your payment within two weeks or your registration risks being cancelled.

Registration Fees

$290 if payment is received by June 6th, 2002

$375 if payment is received after June 6th, or registration is on site

$120 for students if payment is received by June 6th, 2002

$175 for students if payment is received after June 6th or registration is on site

$120 for adult guests if payment is received by June 6th, 2002

$50 for child guests aged 10-18 years if payment is received by June 6th, 2002.

No charge for children under 10 years of age.

Please note that the conference fees include most meals and transportation - we have some wonderful meals planned!

Make all checks payable to International Western Academy of Management in US funds.
