Weyerhaeuser Presentation
On November 18th, we will be having guest speaker Hunter Wingfield, an IT Analyst from Weyerhaeuser. A little background on Mr. Wingfield

Graduated from WSU in 2007 with a BA in MIS and was part of their MIS club. Started working for Weyerhaeuser a week after graduation. Just finished helping deploy SAP and now is on the support team.

Please come and show your MISA pride when a recent MIS Graduate comes and gives a presentation.

Mission Statement

The Management Information Systems Association affords its members various benefits. It gives members the opportunity to enhance their knowledge beyond concepts discussed in the classroom, including the latest information technology. Guest speakers from respected companies in surrounding business communities, including past alumni, share their experiences in the field. Networking opportunities abound, such as how to find an internship, or how to start your career. MISA also sponsors company and plant tours. Above all, members get to meet fellow students pursuing similar professions.

Membership Info

• To become a member, simply come to one of our meetings and sign up
• Dues are 15 dollars per quarter or 40 dollars per year, and entitle you to the following benefits:
• 1. Transportation to off-campus events
  2. Resume distribution
  3. Name and contact info on the website for potential employers
  4. Opportunities to meet representatives of companies that you may want to work for
  5. A way to keep up on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
  6. A great source for networking
