If I have a mechanism, I don't need the intention, because the mechanism will make things happen even when I'm not focused on them."or2) In his classic work `The Principles of Scientific Management, Fredrick Taylor oulines his argument(s) as to what organizations ought to do in order to increase efficiency. Provide a critique of this argument, paying special attention to how taking Taylor's argument(s) might seriously impact a worker's ability to experience meaning in their work.
